River & Trail Outfitters offers guided whitewater rafting near Harpers Ferry, tubing in Maryland , tubing in Harpers Ferry, zip lining, and kayaking and canoeing rentals.  Unique paddle and pour combination tours are available visiting local breweries, wineries, and limoncello distilleries.  Located near four national parks, River & Trail also offers RV and tent camping on the C&O Canal in Brunswick, MD.  

 

Rick Garland's "O' Be JoyFull" Historical Tours & Entertainment offers highy acclaimed historical tours of Harpers Ferry, WV, and downtown Gettysburg, PA, as well as fun, entertaining and educational historical musical shows, which Rick calls, "Historical Songs & Stories Concert Shows," of historical 19th Century songs and stories around his piano. 

 

Rick's unique style of historical story telling, along with his rich baritone voice and exhuberent piano accompaniment makes for an unforgettably fun and edcuational experience not to be missed!

 

On most Friday & Saturday nights, Rick also performs a traditional Irish music sing-a-long show, from 8 to 10 PM, at The Secret Six Tavern, 186 High Street, Harpers Ferry, WV, directly across from The "O' Be JoyFull" Center. 

 

So, after your 8 PM ghost tour, you can come into The Secret Six Tavern for a nightcap and a couple of great Irish tunes with Rick and end your perfect Harpers Ferry experience with Rick's traditional show ending rendition of "Country Roads!"  Then you'll really know, "Almost Heaven, West Virginia!"
